We Are Excited About the 2011 Shopping Season!
Well how fast did that year go? It went very fast. And our first year anniversary came and went with a whimper. This is how it is when you are a small venture and not really an up and coming group. We are totally unlike all those other startups that get featured on TechCrunch and Mashable. We are still operating under the radar. We are making a very small profit that is enough to cover costs but we are nowhere near a million dollars.
Heck, we are nowhere near a thousand dollars. But I think we will get there.
We have our fingers crossed over the Christmas shopping season that is about to start. Last year, with only a handful of longboards available and only about four months old, we were able to actually move some inventory and we were very happy with the results! And then we had those lean months where we had practically sunk to zero.
We’re very thankful that we’re almost back up to speed. We started getting back on track last July and we have been pouring a lot of effort into this enterprise since. Hopefully we will be blessed with great sales again this Christmas. There is a longboard that I am looking forward to buying for myself.
