A Happy New Year From Cheap Longboards X
Happy New Year to Everyone! Life is exciting again here at Cheap Longboards X! Yes, I am a little aware that the name is a little tacky, but hey, it sticks and it works, right?
Anyway, for anyone out there that really bothers to read our blog, we would like to say that last year was a really interesting year for us. We had an awful first half where we really tanked! We hardly sold a longboard early last year. I think we were lucky to get one or two out the door every month. It was truly a minor disaster for us and we even were thinking of just closing shop on this project of ours.
However, once the second half of the year kicked in, things started to roll once again and this got us all excited. We quickly put together a project that would give us a lot of great content from a small pool of really incredible writers, and we took a lot of time to check out some new longboards that were being sold on the market.
The second half of the year saved us and took us straight into the happy holiday shopping season. This year, we are very excited and eager to get started in expanding our reach and improving the user experience for everyone.
We are hoping that we could get our own tie-ups with some companies so that we can sell their longboards directly. It would be great for both parties. And we would also like to be able to publish more news and interesting highlights from the longboarding scene to get more people to check us out even when they are not looking for a longboard.
